Internal surveys are a valuable tool for any business as they positively impact on employee engagement.

Surveys increase employee engagement and this is beneficial for a number of reasons. Engagement positively impacts on employee satisfaction, productivity and profitability. It is also a useful tool in employee retention and a potential marker for future recruitment.
